To make entry as quick as possible, we only allow clear plastic/vinyl tote bags (no bigger than 12” x 6” x 12”), and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). The small clutch bags don’t need to be clear. We don’t allow any other type of bag.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring one factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 liter per patron) to the show.
Want to refill on-site? Reusable plastic bottles are allowed, and you can top them off for free at our YETI water stations located on the East & West Plazas. (Please note: Aluminum bottles and CamelBaks are not permitted.)
Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
You bet. Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations — located just inside both the East and West Gates. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.
You do not need an ID to enter the show, but either a valid and current Driver License or State ID card will be required to drink alcohol. If your tickets are at will call, you will need an ID to pick them up.
If they’re over 2 years old, then yes. Also, please make sure your kids have ear protection!
You can’t get a refund, but you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account.
Yes, as long as it’s a personal point-and-shoot camera, or on your cell phone. You can’t bring a professional camera or a camera with detachable lenses without a valid media pass.
If you’re still at the event, you can visit our Guest Services booth in the West Plaza near the entrance to the lawn. If you’re no longer at the event, you can check Lakewood Amphitheatre's virtual Lost and Found here.
Nope. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show.
No, Lakewood Amphitheatre is cashless. All points of sale will only accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apple Pay or Google Pay). For fans that only have cash, a cash-to-card-conversion service with no fees will be available on-site.
If the doors are open, so is will call. Make sure to bring a photo ID. If you have a meet and greet check-in time, you can also pick them up then. Even if you’re on the artist’s guestlist, you’ll need to wait until door time.
You’ll have to talk to wherever you bought the tickets from to change ownership. If you’re a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP, touch base with your original contact and they’ll talk to us about any changes.
No, outside lawn chairs are not allowed, but they can be rented in advance! Lawn chair rentals are also available on-site, but please be aware that they’re subject to availability.
Yes, but only on the lawn and in the plazas. We ask that you consider the people around you when smoking and don’t smoke in the covered areas.
The lawn is always first come, first serve. You might see a row or seat number on your lawn ticket – this is just for tracking purposes.
Yes, tailgating is allowed in Lot E. Purchase your Tailgate Parking pass in advance to avoid the hassle of finding parking when you arrive!
Yes, your bag will be searched when you enter. You have the right to refuse a bag search, and we have the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that aren’t allowed in the venue, put them back in your vehicle.
Bags: clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc bag (maximum size 12" x 6" x 12") OR small clutch bag that does not need to be clear (maximum size 6" x 9")
Blanket: no larger than 4’x8’
Cameras: nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
Food for dietary health issues: allowed in a clear, one-gallon (1) plastic bag
Reusable water bottle: must be empty and made of plastic (Glass and metal water bottles are not allowed)
Signs: no larger than 8.5”x11”
Water: up to 1 (one) liter in a factory-sealed bottle, per patron
No, we don’t allow camping or overnight sleeping of any kind.
