The Need-to-Know Before You Go

Event-specific times are posted closer to each show date, so be sure to check back before your show! We’ve answered many of the most common day-of questions below to help you plan ahead and spend more time enjoying the music.

EVENT INFORMATION
WEDNESDAY, MAY 6
Kid Cudi with Big Boi and A-Trak: The Rebel Ragers Tour

• East & West Parking Lots Open: 4:30PM 
*Enter through East Parking (Gate 4) for all tour-related VIP Packages and pre-show parties*

• East & West Box Office Opens: 5:00PM 
• East & West Gate Opens: 5:30PM 
• Show Time: 6:30PM  

PARKING REMINDER
Please Note: You will need to purchase a parking pass in advance if you plan to park at the venue. Parking is sold separately from a concert ticket. CLICK HERE to purchase a parking pass.

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase a parking pass. General parking will be $20 per vehicle online in advance and $25 on the event day. 

Parking lots generally open 1-2 hours before gates, but refer to our socials and your pre-show email for exact times.  If you want easier entry and exit, go for Reserved or Premier Parking. Tailgate parking is also available for pre-show hangs.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREA
Use Gates 5 to get to the F lot in East Parking. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. Getting picked up? Head to the F lot for this, too.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
We’re open on show days only. To check what time the box office opens, please check out our socials or your pre-show email.

DRINKING WATER
Stay hydrated! Each guest is allowed to bring one factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 liter) to the show.

Reusable plastic bottles are allowed, and you can top them off for free at our YETI water stations located on the East & West Plazas. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated. 

(Please note: Aluminum bottles and CamelBaks are not permitted.)

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our booths in the East and West plazas.

RECYCLING
Lakewood Amphitheatre keeps it eco-friendly with tons of recycling bins, water refill stations, and more!

TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Grab a Tailgate Parking pass in advance to skip the day-of-show hassle.
